How do you do scene eyeliner with monolids?? I have monolids myself and everytime I try to do scene makeup, all my eyeliner just disappears or rubs off. Pleasee teach me your ways so I can do cooler looks in the future right now I'm very limited and theres no tutorials i can find :')
