Woah so basically i was invited to be in a quince and i walk in and i see this totally gorgeous cholo guy standing there who also happens to be a part of the court!then about a week later i find out he’s s my chambelan and i was so ecstatic!! We’ve talked a few times and he’s really nice,He’s totally awesome!!

Hmmm haven’t planned my quince yet, but if u were asking about the damas dresses, it usually depends on what the quince wants, but i wore a cute pink satin dress with cowboy boots and curled hair!!

Hahahaha i have no prob explaining to u,infact i get super excited when ppl ask, a quince is a Hispanic coming of age party, it takes place when someone (usually a girl but is sometimes a boy) is turning 15(essentially a birthday party), usually they will wear a huge ball gown or a charro dress which are absolutely beautiful!! A chambelan is (usually) a young male who accompanies the birthday girl(they typically have 1-18 chambs), basically we usually have dances that we preform infront of the crowd (aka family and friends) and some quinces will have damas (ladies) who are essentially the the chambelans dance partners (if the quinceneara/quincenearo chose to have damas) also a court refers to the chambs,damas, and the quince, I’m terrible at explaining but i hope u get the jist 😓😓
