[There won't be any spoilers in this blog!]
Project Hail Mary, both book and movie, are the absolute GOAT. I read the book in high school, and I was hooked on the first paragraph (no joke, it was awesome). I had been so absorbed in the book that I had abandoned my schoolwork and kept pulling the damn thing out of my backpack! :D
For those who haven't watched the movie, I highly recommend it! Most movies don't really give me a big emotional reaction but, boy, this one did! I love how it centers on the relationships of the characters, and how the writing breathes life into a puppet turned into a lovable icon.
Seriously. Read the book. Or watch the movie. Or do one or the other - you don't have to pick sides - either option lands you right in Nirvana.
(Plus, the fandom is an absolute gold mine.)
For those who've seen the movie/read the book, what was your favorite part?

Personally, I liked the movie better than the book since I don't always love Andy Weir's writing style. I liked Artemis and The Martian though!! The movie was so super good, my favourite bit was when the two spaceships spun together. Just fantastic visual effects all around.

It’s okay if you don’t like the book. Some of the jargon was confusing for me too. Whatever floats your boat, dude
