So lately I've notice that most of my music taste stems from my mom (nothing against her) which personally for me it's nothing wrong it's just since music is a big part of my family's life most music taste gets passed down and especially since half if not all the music, I listen to is BECAUSE of my mom and i was just wondering if has happened to anyone else

I am 100% certain that my music taste stems from my dad's music taste because we are both huge fans of alternative rock/ punk music as well as some old school rap as well so I get what you mean.
