i assumed it was like a newbie thing where if you join recently itll make you wait for a bit before you can send friend requests, but its been a few days now and i still cant :P do i have to wait for longer or ?? i dont know im new here ...

Its because you set your age to 100, you can't friend anyone under 18 unless they send a request first
