its not just scared per se its more of wanting to share personal stuff and maybe people getting annoyed by it (?) I need to learn to not give a fvck

yeah, that happened to me too
you're definitely not alone. I was honestly scared to say anything because of all the online hate, until I realized people just throw shade for no reason. There's really no point in listening to them. At the end of the day, hate says way more about the person sending it than it does about you
