For the people who lucid dream, is it normal for the part where you realize it's a dream ever feel scripted to you?? Cuz I think I've only lucid dreamed like... 3 times in my life?? And it's like a very obvious "Oh this is a dream, I'm gonna change so and so circumstances." kind of thought process, so the lucid part feels built into the dream. So is this a common feeling with lucid dreaming, or am I not actually having lucid dreams??

I only had a lucid dream once and once I realized I was in a lucid dream I told everyone around me and suddenly my cute dream of riding a bicycle with friends turns into a nightmare they all stopped smiling looked at me and started chasing me like I said something I shouldn’t wasn’t the best experience lol
omg that's horrible :[

No don’t worry after I woke up it was actually funny and I did heard a thing about not telling people in the dream that they are in a dream I’m not sure if it’s true

I think for me it's one of those things sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I will be going about my dream and there will usually be signs I'll pick up on like "Oh I don't like this, this option would be much better" then it changes and I'm like Oh neat I'm lucid dreaming. But on the other hand I have times were I won't realize at all until the dreams almost over. I think everyone experiences it differently honestly.
