Have you reached out to a trusted adult about the sexual harassment and bullying? I would recommend reaching out to a trusted adult about the bullying and sexual harassment that she is putting you through.
Whether she has the mental disorders she says she has or not, it's no excuse for her to treat you that way.

Yeah, ive reported her multiple times over the years, shes just now getting punishment for stuff she did years ago cus the old counselor didn't gaf😒 Im thankful for the new counselor tho, she actually cares abt her students lol. Thank you, sending you sum good vibes too!!
