Biggest game changers for my combination skin have been:
1. Glycolic acid (I use the one from The Ordinary). I use it twice a week, right after cleanser. This keeps flaky dead skin from building up on both dry and oily patches and makes my skin SO smooth.
2. Hypochlorous acid spray. I keep a bottle in my bathroom and every time I go in there for anything, I spray my whole face. This has significantly reduced the oiliness of my skin throughout the day without drying it out.
3. Retinol -- this depends on your age and what skin issues you have. If you're under like 23-25 and don't have problems with acne, you shouldn't really use retinoids yet. But I used it to clear my acne and now that I'm 25 I'm easing into low-strength retinol to start preventative antiaging, and mannnn does it make your skin baby smooth. I use Cerave's Retinol Resurfacing Serum.
For cleanser I just kind of use whatever is cheap and gentle; I've used Cerave in the past but didn't like it (felt like it still left my skin oily/didn't clean deep enough), I prefer Cetaphil's gentle cleanser. Same for moisturizer, whatever works for your skin and is affordable lol.

1. Apply aloevera gel ( get a branded , verified product ) for 15 mins before bathing.
2. There are many facewash brands . Some work on the skin and some don't work . But we can't try and experiment all one by one . Better , choose the one which is famous for its results and especially made for oil skin or dry skin .
3. Wash your face 2 times a day with same facewash.
4. If your skin is sensitive , don't eat too spicy . It can cause pimples .
5. If you get sweat manier times , or there's often dirt, pollution in your surroundings , keep skin clearing pocket tissue papers .
6. if you have pimples , you can apply curd and leave it for 15 minutes before washing. ( Natural method )
7. Don't apply excess of chemical products on your skin.
8. You can apply sunscreen on face and forearms before going out when it's hot.
THANK YOU SO MUCH
