So this could be one of my friend's talked about a bulletin post.
I don't see any problems with it if you're trying to build a number of friends.
As long as you're somehow interacting with them on their bulletin posts and blogposts.
Why I'm trying to build a good amount of friends is I wanna have an active connections here as many tends to go offline and rarely even go online anymore and unfortunately completely abandoned their account here.
So I'd like to have ones that's fairly active here which I have a decent amount so far but I'd like to build more.
