Anyone else a fan of horror movies? If so what is your fave? If I had to pick just one I'd say Tusk... It's not the best sure but it's so outlandish and surreal I can't help but love it anyways. Big Kevin Smith fan too actually.

The 2018 remake of Suspiria. I love political horror and the way the film uses a dance academy as a metaphor for post WW2 Berlin is so good. It has gore, creepy dances, beautiful music, a stunning female cast, and mind-bending dream sequences. It's like it was built in a lab for me.
Tusk is a good one! I'm guessing you're not the squeamish type. Have you seen Hostel?
I have not seen Hostel. I have wanted to but I just never gotten around to it yet. Seems pretty good tho ngl.

My favourite movie of all time is Carpenter’s The Fly with Jeff Goldblum. I love the use of practical effects and the messaging on morality, bodily autonomy, helplessness and decay. I’m also a fan of the Saw franchise with Saw II being my fave as i like its warm colour grading, and feeling of morale and teamwork in the face of adversity while also using amazing practical effects and cheesy but kinda comforting editing!!
Another Saw fan! I love the films, two is probably my favourite too.
