there's this 6 ep kdrama called notes from the last row its peak i love disturbing and psychologically horrifying shows also if u watch anime i recommend takopi's original sin it's so traumatic loved it lol

If you want other types I can suggest . If you want to watch some confusing movies , go for the ones made by Quentin Tarantino or Christopher Nolan !
If you want complete Horror , go for conjuring , Hereditary , The exorcist , IT , NUN .
If you want some psycho + thriller movies go for American Psycho , Deadpool , many more .
