I mean yeah , but Hell naah !! π .. I mean it depends on people's choice . Athletes prefer dark coffee as it doesn't contains sugar and taste . Raw form π€π―. Even I drink it before workout . It gives energy more than carbs , so while workout we don't have stomach ache or any other problem .Β
I drink cappuccino or latte before studies or other work , that makes me relaxed and gives energy as well !βπΌΒ
