Art blog - Making mini canvases

tehres these things I make and they're cool and you should try it.  

-why? 

I like to give them away to my friends and get my art out into the world :p they can be as simple or complex as you want. i put my art handle on the back and leave them around sometimes too

I've used embroidery, watercolor, and collage pieces! Theres a lot you can do i have a photo album of pieces ive made

 anyways here it is !   

u need mod podge, cardboard (u determine size) and some thick paper! I use sketchbook paper  

I tear one side of the cardboard to make it less thick/bulky, personal preference    

now trace onto paper, give it space so u can fold the edges over and create a seamless canvas 

I glue the smoother side down and the ripped side up so the canvas part is a smooth surface to work on use a thin layer of glue as to not soak and ruin the paper

gluing and folding the sides 

Ta-da!!!! and now u have a mini canvas u can do fuck all with and give it to anyone you want (u can even give it to yourself!!)
