i think adults would be a lot less miserable if they still played with things,ya know? playing is fun,do puzzles, play with dolls, spend time just drawing with whatever like crayons (crayons are good cuz its low pressure to do well).
i still like stuff i liked as a kid,i mean why would i spend years cultivating my interests just for one day to be told its not for me anymore?thats dumb
i mean you don't have to enjoy the same thing as you did when you were five, but maybe rewatch a show you liked when you were like twelve.
what did you like as a kid and still do?
stay playful sunshines! o((>ω< ))o

I love this! My therapist told me a long time ago that as an adult having childish interest is healthy and really good for the adult mind. It keeps the heart happy and keeps a sense of nostalgia at play that really heals the inner child.
I still love to watch movies that I was obsessed with as a kid/teen. I read books that I loved as a teen aswell.
I tried letting my inner child die out when I was first getting out of college and I was SO MISERABLE, since I got back into my childhood interest I have been so much happier.
