Waaaaah my brain can’t stay on a single idea… I have all the characters ready but nothing else! Also, since I’m part of my school journal this year I might be able to insert little comics. IF ONLY I HAD IDEAS! geez…

If you want advice, the thing that helped me was thinking of the world first: where they live, what's happening in the country/area they live in, and then basing the character on that. In my experience, it's much easier to shape characters around the world than to shape the world around the characters.
Also, if it's just ideas you need, there are thousands of prompts on Tumblr, Pinterest, and TikTok that give you things to think about when you're wanting to make a story or add to one.
