I’m gonna be honest, I might be 18 but I am very childish.. I like cosplaying and cartoons 😓

Honestly, I don't see any problems with that.
If that's what you're interested into and your hobbies then that doesn't really make you "childish" in a sense.

Yea i relate, also I feel like we technically dont become fully adults until we're at least 25 cus thats when our brain fully develops n also being an adult doesnt mean ur not allowed to like those things :^)
