How to make doughnuts with twete !

Hello friends, it's been along time since I made a blog

Today I'm gonna show you my way of making doughnuts 🍩! Let's go

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk
100g of butter
5 big spoons of sugar
3 big spoons of dry milk
2 eggs
Small spoon of vanilla
1 big spoon of yeast
1,5 spoon of corn starch
1 kilo of flour

First, put the liquid milk with butter in a pot , let them melt down together in the oven.

After they melted down together, let it cools down , Barney is waiting for it to cools down !

Now that it cooled down, add the sugar, dry milk, yeast , vanilla, and the eggs and mix them together.

Barney made sure that they're mixed together.

Then add , flour , corn starch, and a little of salt, then Knead them together until they have a good consistency.

Since the weather is cold, place the dough in a warm place for two hours to allow it to rise.

Until it rise let's clean the table.

Yeaaay , our dough is ready to be shaped into a doughnut shap.

After shaping them , let them rise for 30 minutes .

A heart shap on for me because I love myself

Until it rais let's prepare the oil .

It raised!!!! Let's fry it ♡♡♡

An important secret

( when you put the doughnut in the oil make sure that first you heated the oil into once boiling, reduce the heat to low and fry all the doughnuts in low heat , so that the dough is level inside .

Yeeeeeeeees , our doughnuts is ready to be eaten!!!!

Yummy yummy 😋! It was soo delicious .
