Hello, nobody and everybody.
I'm yves. I like playing video games. I'm 25 and I studied Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am a big fan of mathematics, but mostly because I like doing trial-and-error stuff, and mathematics and video games fall in a similar category of trying things out and learning from it and improving your expertise in that facet (algebra, roguelikes, calculus, MMOs, etc.). It is simply fun to do, so I would characterize myself as a relatively straightforward person (Understanding my Complexity: Pending . . .).
I found out about this website through SpaceHey and created an account just because, but because I was using SpaceHey to deliver my blogs, I didn't really want to use this (and there was a Napoleonite(?) circulating concurrently?). Too many similarities; I felt more comfortable staying in what I was used to. I heard about it again this week and was reminded that I have an account. I haven't been writing any blogs lately nor have I been feeling inspired to do so, so I decided to explore this site a little and write this little introduction for myself -- to better understand myself maybe simply because I am writing about myself and thinking about myself.
Thank you.

I just made an account on this website today and this is honestly the most "real" interactions have felt for me in an online space in ages. There's something so human about going out of my way to click on blog posts and read what is on peoples' minds. I hope things are going well for you and you find out more about yourself
hiii, welcome to the both of us ^_^ haha. thank you, and that's sweet that this space feels alive for you. social media definitely feels like... a hospital imo (cold and isolated even with people around you). it's a reinvigorating feeling to step outside back into the warmth of the sun -- i hope i come to feel the same way about my interactions here as you do. :3c
