I'm more excited to see what new banks get released rather than any upgrades with the software itself. Honestly, the rendering engine doesn't sound much different compared to Vocaloid 6, but I am REALLY happy to see Gumi (and maybe other voices) getting way more vocal modes.

honestly it feels more like iphones with how they release one after another with small updates, couldnt they have just improved vocaloid 6 or made more vocaloid 6 voicebanks?
See that's why I'm more excited for the new banks and not the new tech, I don't think they've really changed anything rendering wise since like V5 T_T (besides the new AI stuff ofc)
It would be nice if they made V7's interface more user-friendly and improved cross-lingual support, SynthV has been beating Vocaloids ASS in that department since like 2018 :P
also i really like the iphone comparison, they both stopped making big leaps in their respective fields years ago and basically just release new stuff for the hype LOL
