my parents are not homophobic, but I don't know how it would go if I told them that I wasn't comfortable with being a boy. im just scared cause I have social anxiety, and my extended family always throws big parties where a bunch of people that have known me are there, and I don't wanna explain to them why im wearing a skirt. Im especially scared of what my grandparents would think because my grandpa always refers to me as "his big boy" or like anything masculine leaning. im just scared my mom gonna say like... " oh, your still developing and growing up " cause then that just means no.

I understand that. I also have problems with telling people my preffered pronoums. I go by it/static/per but I tell people that i am transmasc cuz its better than she/her imo. xenos and neos arent the most normal pronoums afterall. My family already was kinda dissapointed whe I told them I was trans, they accepted it now tho. Also, off topic, but I love ur layout! so real with the not wanting to explain things at social occurences TT i only came out as transfem very recently but i had told them i was nonbinary before. my parents are accepting tho thankfully <3 if you do end up telling them i wish you much luck!!!
