What we call a chicken today came from evolution. An older bird had to evolve and lay the egg of what we would now fully consider a chicken. Egg came first.
thats what am saying the bird evolve from raw dawging giving birth to to them laying eggs so why are we not crediting the first bird that evolve to lay eggs as the prime chicken that kick started the cycle. chicken was first before the egg

because thats not how we classify species. the paradox obviously isnt actually about whether eggs or egg laying animals came first, its about how we classify species. if a bluejay lays a chicken egg you dont call the bluejay a chicken.
