I want a boyfriend so bad but so many guys just immediately go straight to freaky talking and I just know they only wanna crack, because they don't even try to get to know me. It makes me sad, because I just want a real connection, I've never been the type to just think of hookups, in fact I'd never do that. I don't get attracted to people unless there's a connection and I don't even know how people can just go straight to intimacy without knowing each other even?
Sometimes I think about just writing stories instead of dating at all because it feels so hard to find someone who actually wants a relationship and not a "friend" with benefits.

Yeah, but there also has to be something to get to know. Truth is, even when someone gets to know you, they don't always care, and they certainly won't care about you for the rest of your life usually.
