my biggest fall OF ALL TIME 😣

i was at cheer practice because we had a competition the next day. my coach wanted us to do higher level skills so we get more points. i was doing a double down (search it up because I can’t explain it) and the girls under me just completely walked out in the middle of me doing it. no one caught me except my back spot which she could only catch my head. thank to her I’m not paralyzed.

P.S. my back still hurts after falling on it 🥲
