Feeding my babies has turned me into a hardened criminal

Where I live, feeding pigeons is illegal, and the living areas of my children are regularly visited by police patrols. WHY ARE THEY STRESSING ME OUT BY THREATENING ME WITH FINES WHEN I AM PEACEFULLY GIVING PEANUTS TO MY PIGEONS.

The pigeons are starting to recognize me when I walk around the city. I am going to form an army but I have a problem with one of my generals, the least shy one. He is cute but he is a little bastard (which is actually his name). He harasses little leg a pigeon that I adore but who is shy and disabled. I don't know how to fix it, managing the social issues of pigeons is complicated.
