I don't even know what to write for a first blog so i guess i'll just ramble lol
Like i understand the protein bit now in relation to building muscle but macronutrients still escape me, like whatever. why does it feel like an exclusive club
it's all too confusing but whatever.
Anyway, it's warming up here so finally i can go back outside and soak up some sun :D and go for a run in the sun lol.

Protein is the building material for muscle, carbs are the fuel to train hard, and fats keep your hormones and body functioning properly.
If you wanna build muscle then eat plenty of protein, get enough carbs to fuel your workouts, and don’t let your fat intake get too low.
Thanks so much for the help! So like, if I wanted to successfully gain muscle or do any body recomp, then I’d need to strictly diet, right ? I hate meal planning but I think that’s what I’ll have to do 🥲 I’ve heard for body recomp anyway it’s like focusing on weights and getting in the protein?

I so love when people name their dogs a food!! nobody lets me name the animals here because I would name them after foods... chilli is such a cute name! and wowooww she is sooo young! Jill (our puppy) is at least four months old now I think? so not as young haha. genuinely puppies grow sooo fast it is crazy!
