Flip Phone Purchasing

I've been wanting to get a flip phone for a while and I'm thinking of getting the RUIO F268 4G but does anyone know if it's good? like I don't expect it be perfect but is it functional? and if it's not, does anyone know a better one that's 4G and works in Australia?
