you're buying a crippled android phone with physical buttons and a tiny screen that is hopefully touch supported
STOP BUYING IT FOR LOOKS!!! those companies profiting off of many people (like me) who are blinded by nostalgia
i think phones are just tools and as much as algorithms force us to scroll, you can take control back using minimalistic launchers (android mostly) and time limits, small changes that can decrease your time
get a hobby, walk outside (HYPOCRITICAL STATEMENTS)
instead of serving into consumerism by buying a shiny new plastic toy that's gonna be neglected in a drawer after a week, just for tiktok trend yaaaaaaaaay
i'm not gonna tell you what you buy with your own money, but we can't deny that our phones are essential, so taking them away instantly will make our lives harder, therefore i don't think it's a great idea to settle with a substantially less practical device
not to mention the whole analog bag trend, which mutated into a fancier "what's in my bag?" and stuffing as much junk as you can
WHY WOULD YOU CARRY A LIBRARY & DOZENS OF TECH ON A BAG THAT YOU'D BARELY BE ABLE TO CARRY AROUND????

jesus christ THANK YOU. i keep saying this. what is buying a flip phone going to do for you if you dont fix your scrolling habits first? youll just go back to your phone. you already have a smartphone, so instead of whining about hating it you should use it like the tool that it is and fix your habits. so many resources to help you stop scrolling that are ON THE PHONE THAT YOU HAVE and people choose flip phones
