Dude, I hate having issues when it comes to food. Like some days I could eat literally everything but some days I can’t eat anything at all. A few bites and then I feel sick. Most of my calories and sugar for the day comes from zero sugar soda and juice because it’s hard for me to drink water. I don’t move up or down in weight and it’s stressing me out cause it’s getting worse. I hate it so much cause food looks so good

ive been struggling with the same thing for a while now, especially with eating a few bites and getting immediately sick. Honestly something that has helped me is setting a routine and finding "safe" foods. I stray away from dairy and anything "creamy" and i usually eat a meal around 3 in the afternoon, its helped me make sure to eat and not get so nauseous after eating
