Found a random CD and now I want to know if anyone has watched it

Basically, I was on holiday to the Peak District and found this random CD case without the actual CD in it. 

I was intrigued and decided to look it up. At first I thought it was some girl group as on the back there is a list of songs, but after searching it up, I think it's some kind of musical? or just a film. 

I was wondering if anyone has watched it. I saw it had 23% rating on Rotten Tomatoes so is that accurate or no? 

(I have no idea why the image is sideways, it's the right way up in my downloads. I think it's bc the photo is long but idk how to crop it in Finder on Mac. idk if u can tell but my Mac really pisses me off)
