i hate the big push to be a gal that only follows one substyle... it feels like so many people only care ab substyles and fitting into their standards for what they believe a gal should look like rather than having fun with their self-expression and being themselves. not everything has to fit into a neat, tidy label,,,,

personally i hate how its become a huge thing online and thats whats changed the focus less on mindset and more on fashion cause anything and EVERYTHING is becoming just made for consumtion especially when people use gyaru for mainly just Y2K thats super popular nowadays and they just want to be different then what everyones going for nowadays but that mindset just gets a whole bunch of people doing the same thing thats "more niche" nowadays so everything is becoming mainstream so no one is ever different, its better to be inspired off another gyaru's style is good but youve gotta put your own spin on it or it wont feel like its "yours" if you know what i mean (sory for long message)
