garry's mod cloudbox: toybox rewritten

as mentioned in my last blog i found this very neat mod that brings back the old garry's mod toybox from 2010-2012.

if i'm being honest i haven't gone out of my way to see what the original toybox looked like until now. i thought it looked just like cloudbox but it's actually...worse than i imagined. cloudbox's design is pretty convincing to look like something straight out of 2010.

anyways, i had a lot of fun toying around with random bullshit in the cloudbox. i made a short little compilation of the dumb things i did HERE!

my favorite part of the cloudbox is probably the maps. i've always struggled to find old maps on the workshop and this mod is a great archive of them! been taking a lot of notes on ones i could use for my machinima or dumb rps..

i love you source engine. these maps are beautiful...
