google.. why

im really upset. no format rn. also im putting this as both a bulletin and a blog post, cause im angry and genuinely so full of dread anytime i try to work on this issue

pretty much ever since i reset my phone in november cause i forgot my password, (and when my first phone broke, im on my second) MY DATA ON MY ENCRYPTED DATA HAS BEEN LOCKED. AND I CANT FIX IT UNLESS I RESET OR CLEAR MY DATA AND STUFF... I DONT WANT TO, THOUGH. I ALREADY LOST A LIFETIME OF DATA.

(which btw im still mentally scarred from both events. i lost so much stuff.)

all this to say im especially upset about it with microsoft.. ive been trying to get into it for genuinely ages. even if i change my password, give codes for recovery, etc, IT LOCKS ME OUT BC OF "SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY".... AND THEN I CANT DO ANYTHING.

kill me with a hammer bro. i just want all of my account information and stuff.. i cant even log into the fucking xbox app for MINECRAFT..
