"Gyaru is mind" So Close, You're Just Lazy !!

As a gyaru I've been saying "gyaru is mind" as a referendum to wearing the makeup or even something as stupid as "gyaru is meant to be ugly". That's quite disgusting. Its laziness at its best.

- "Gyaru is meant to be ugly" is only semi right. Gyaru is a rejection of Japanese beauty standards (Yamato Nadeshiko). Deep tans, big eyes, revealing clothes, it's meant to be curated. People saying its meant to be ugly are usually those who don't wanna take the time to learn how to do gyaru makeup properly. 

- "Gyaru is mind" is again, only semi right. Gyaru is a mindset as well as a fashion subculture. You have to have the mindset and fashion to be gyaru. One cannot exist without the other. These faceless gyaru accounts who post straight lies or push out Shein quality sites for consumption is quite disturbing.
