Ugh, the "screen headache" is the worst. It’s like a literal vice grip on your brain.
Since you're out of Tylenol, maybe try a cold washcloth over your eyes and neck? Sometimes even just sitting in a pitch-black room for twenty minutes can take the edge off. Hope it lets up soon
