is there room to breathe for veterans of the scene, or is it just simply a wasted effort to grasp nostalgia alongside subcultural revisionists? it's like a clash between the idealism of memory and the idealism of aesthetic desire, people yearning for a time that they feel predates this current age of nihilism and future-less-ness. idk.
