Help, I'm Stupid

I have been able to do some things on here, but others don't work. when you find something as it says to: How to use: copy the CSS above → open your layout editor → switch to the Advanced CSS tab → paste at the bottom (keep the Visual Builder CSS above it) → save → refresh your profile. If the element also has HTML, paste that into About Me or at the bottom of Advanced CSS after the CSS. Elements stack - you can combine as many as you like. New to CSS? Read the Custom Code Tutorial.   I have never been able as long as I can remember been able to find the save button. Maybe that is my problem, I don't know. Where is? What do I do and PLEASE feel free to talk to me like an idiot about this because I am. Someone please help.
