I can’t gain weight, and I’m around 40 kg at 1.60 m. I want to gain weight, but I can’t no matter what I try. Does anyone have any advice? πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

I had the same problem, not 40 i mean im taller but I understand, just eat more than you can, i eat when im full and i try to eat as soon as my stomach tells me he’s ready, dont eat fast because you’re most likely to become full sooner (imo), also do every meal of the day.
