i got my blood work done and all that jazz and my results came back saying my vitamin d levels are concerninly low and my cholestorol levels are to high or whatever.
because i dont want to die in my 30s does anyone know what i should do to like fix it??? my parents (mom) already said she wants me to start walking more and eating less junk but like im also lowk kinda fat and idk what to do.
ive lost 20 pounds since january and idk how i lowk havent excersized in a while. i got a medication for my vitamin d levels but yeah
help pleaseeeeeeee </3

getting medication for your vitamin d deficiency wont help you as much as simply going outside for a 15-20 minute window would, i would highly suggest that!! the sun also helps with depression and feeling sad :) so thats a plus. sadly i have no knowledge of cholesterol so i can't help there
