My wife keeps spamming me with her existence. Everyday she just pops up in my life and she is always there. It's worst kind of thing to be spammed with. To be constantly spammed with someone's existence. We have all been spammed whether that be with a barrage of texts or images, but when it's someone's existence it's so much more harder to deal with. I told my wife to stop spamming with her existence but she doesn't know what I mean by that. I am struggling to form the correct words to make her understand by what I mean.

She is spamming with her existence by always being next to me when i wake up in bed, or when I am in the living room or any room in the house. She is there when I go shopping or when I come home from work, everyday she is there. She hits back with that we are married and I get that but she shouldn't keep spamming me with her existence. It feels like she has increased her spamming by constantly being everywhere, and it doesn't matter where I am she is there as well. She is even spamming me with her image in my thoughts and mind.

In the heat of the moment I tried to stop my wife spamming me with her existence, when I murdered her. That should have stopped the spamming, but this had only increased her spamming of herself in my mind even more. I thought that her being dead would stop her spamming her physical body towards me every day, but she is still physically there everyday. She is in every room that I am in and where ever I maybe in the outside world, she is still physically there. How do I stop my wife constantly spamming herself towards me everyday.

I tried burning her body and chopping it up into little pieces, but she still spams me everyday with her physical body. Stop spamming me please. Then my dead wife said something to me which completely blew me away. She said to me "stop spamming me with your physical body" and when she said that, I had realised that I too was also spamming her everyday with my body. I felt so bad because of how much she must have felt tortured by me, for physically spamming myself actual existence everyday. I am just as bad and for some balancing and making things fair, I am going to allow my dead wife to stop me from spamming my existence everyday.
