I do some baking, i'm not too shabby, but I could be a lot better. I'm epic at cooking though, and cooking in large volumes so that I don't have to cook/clean as much. I basically do small batches with iterative changes until I perfect the recipe going through several iterations and then rating the changes between the recipes. (Preferably using the same ingredients and as many identical conditions as possible and doing side by side taste tests.)
