i don't really know how to do this,anyone have any tips?

i really want to make good blogs and talk about things i like or feel should be discussed but i'm not sure how to go about that,so if anyone has tips they want to share that would be lovely! (ps.tips like wording,tone or other things that can make it more enjoyable to read,wanted to clarify cuz some questions can be a bit too open and it would be ahrd to know what exactly they're asking)
