hot/warm take: you currently cannot fully change sexes.

at the moment, science cannot change your sex. it can change your hormones and your anatomy but thats about it. it cannot change ur gonadal or chromosomal sex, so a transman is still a female and a transwoman is still a male. thats not to say they aren't men or women, they just aren't biologically a male or a female. for now, a transman cannot generate sperm in the same way a transwoman cannot generate eggs. aka, they are still their assigned sexes. 

i felt the need to post this because i recently had an argument with my brother about this and he stopped talking to me mid argument and i needed closure. please respond w ur own "opinions" .
