How did you guys make your layouts??

I'm trying to create a cool profile that matches my vibe, but omg, this is insane for someone who's never worked with code before -_-

If anyone who knows how to deal with this has read this, PLEASE HELP ME!!! T-T (if you can speak Portuguese, that's even better because i'm struggling to write this)

Specifically, what i want to do is change the background picture and the appearance of the sections that say "general", "music", "movies", "books", etc. (i don't know if it's possible to edit those, but anyways)
