i dont think mealworms have brains

we have a pet jumping spider named Glinda, and sometimes we give her mealworms as a treat.

Today we found a suitable one and we put it in front of her so she could grab it. Turns out she didnt even have to try bc that mealworm was just braindead and ran right up to her and tried to burrow underneath her, and she just grabbed it and started eating it.

Do mealworms even have brains bro? theyre cute af ik that for sure but they severely lack in the intelligence department.
