I finally told my parents my name

I came out as trans almost 2 years ago and yesterday i finally told my parents my chosen name. 

i felt bad about changing it because my mom spent literally three days deciding what to name me and purposely chose a gender neutral name. Alas, the name just started bothering me the longer i've been out and i feel it didnt suit me anymore

I made this little thing for my door and showed my mom, then hung it up to see how long it would take my step dad to notice

They were both supportive of it and liked the southern charm the name has!

unfortunately it is the name of my transgender schizophrenic uncles fake psychosis stillborn baby that never existed but i didnt know that so we're just gonna move past it
