1. The Dreadful Day

On Wednesday, I didn't sleep at all and had to attend a meeting that I was forced to go to. After leaving the building, I was extremely irritated with a woman because she was completely tone deaf.

Oh well. I crossed the street and went to the mall, where I met my dad in the food court. While he went to get some Prego (a beef dish) from a restaurant, I went to Burger King because I actually like their burgers.

My dad gave me €20 and I bought a Double Whooper meal with honey and mustard sauce. Very simple. The only downside was the drink (Fuse Tea). I miss Lipton's tea instead of the Coca-Cola brand.

Btw, I prefer Pepsi.

2. The Betrayal

I'm not sure how this happened, but when my order was ready and the staff called my name, I went to collect it, only to be told by one of the other staff that the tray he was holding was the correct one. 

I was confused, but I didn't pay much attention as I was extremely sleepy and the background noise was too loud for me to properly understand the situation.

I took the tray, but when I finally sat down, I realised that the number on the small piece of paper on the tray was different to the one on my receipt. 

Yes, it was a Double Whooper with fries and a drink. It's the same menu. But there was no sauce. I didn't have my honey mustard sauce there.

This was someone else's order!!! It also said they wanted extra ketchup. ToT

I don't want ketchup! I want honey mustard!

3. Redemption Arc :D

I told my dad that the order was wrong and that they hadn't given me the sauce I had paid for. I was fed up with everything that had happened in previous days and didn't want to cause any drama at Burger King, especially since the orders had already been distributed. ≡(▔﹏▔)≡

BUT THEN! I noticed that there was something else in the order. This person had ordered a King Fusion ice cream. Usually, people request this after they've finished their main meal. 

BINGO!

Since the ice cream was more expensive than the sauce (which cost 0.90 euros), I asked my dad to bring the paper with him and collect the ice cream from the counter. AND IT WORKED! :D

I compensated for my own loss by getting a free dessert! :DDD

OK, I didn't choose the flavour, but the Twix Caramel Fusion was delicious nonetheless. That person certainly had taste.

This was the highlight of my week! :3
