I had my first archery practice today

So, I had my first archery practice earlier today and it went pretty good. I did way better than I expected. I was expecting me to do okay cause this isn't the first time I've shot a bow. I've actually been shotting for years just not with a competition bow and instead with a hunting bow so I know how to shoot I just had to adjust to not having a sight, which was a lot easier than I expected it to be. But, I actually did really good. On the short distance there was like 2 or 3 rounds where I got all my arrows in the yellow, which I did not expect to happen. And the first time it happened the coach told me that I did a good job and one of the other kids also said I did a good job and then he complemented the color of my shirt. Not the design, but the shade of blue that my shirt was. He then proceeded to tell me that he liked the color of my shirt but his favorite color was green and then pointed out how my shirt also had green on it. That was definitely an interesting compliment, but I appreciated none the less. But everyone there was pretty nice and I like the coach. And, another good thing is that both of my sisters are on the team as well. This is my older sisters second year on the team but me and my younger sister just joined this year. I'm very, very happy that both of them are on the team with me though, but I'm always happy when my sisters are able to do stuff like this with me cause I'm super shy and if their with me I can just force them to ask something for me if I have a question.
