Personally, I looked at pinterest for things I really liked (such as blue colors and stars, my mains) and just combined them with similar stuff. I followed this blog tutorial made by the User "Mariam" in where they explain it pretty easy. Here's the link: https://friendrewind.com/blog/how-to-make-layouts-basic-1128 . Though be warned, some of the colors make the text hard to read so you'll have to play around with it so that the text is visible. I hope it can help you out!
