That's all there is to it, really.
She's one of the main reasons I recently got into vocaloid, her vimalion project design just speaks to me so much. It's so simple yet so memorable. (And we all love a good fictional serial killer, right?)
Just makes me wanna pet her head and tell her she's a good little cannibal :P
